Have a back issue? You need a class that caters to your needs and give appropriate exercises for your condition. At Spine Care Pilates you can be assured that the exercises will be appropriate for you and will help you to move easier and feel better.
Whether its a prolapsed disc, stenosis, osteoporosis or general non specific low back pain , Spine Care Pilates can help you become more able and function in every day life.
The class is seated and supported using a chair with no getting on and off the floor.. Adaptations for exercises are given where required.
Class numbers are kept low and you can try the first session for free to make sure its for you.
