Combining fitness, toning, strength, stretching and movement, this class will help to strengthen all the muscles weakened by pregnancy and childbirth.
The classes are carefully structured to have your baby in a sling throughout the duration, so not only do you have extra weight for your workout but you can steal a quick kiss whenever you like!
There are obviously no nursery fees or guilt of leaving your baby.. you can do something for YOU that benefits you both. You don’t even need to leave home as the classes are online via Zoom so you don’t have to worry about that last minute nappy explosion!
Please be assured all classes are taught by a fully qualified Pre/Postnatal Fitness Instructor and Babywearing Peer Support Worker. You are in safe hands. Please contact me to find out which baby carriers/slings are suitable for class.
